This is a quilt I started several years ago. Finally finished it. It really doesn't look anything like the quilts I've made recently. All my friends pointed this out. Let's just consider it one of my "vintage" quilts. The pictures really don't do it justice. It is very floral. It looks like a field of mixed wild flowers. The picture below shows some of the detail. Even it doesn't really capture the essence of the quilt.

I always do a standing ovation for finished quilts and I'm doing now.
No photos would do any justice to any quilts. Quilts have to be touched and worn to really know the beauty of one.

I remember this quilt from back in the day when watercolor quilts were all the thing. I think. Or was it Kaffe Fasset and you pastelized it. Anyway, love it. Love you. Congratulations.
